       1.July 5th Monday cloudy

       Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here.        Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it.        This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer word I fall in the weekend exam.        I want to kill my bother named kewang because every time every day he makes me very tried. If yesterday he hut you, tomorrow he will heart you. He is a silly man, he went to bed at 9:00,then he woke up at 6:00 then he shouted very loudly to makes me up. But I went to bed at 4:00 morning for my home web. I really want to kill him.

       ①This summer holiday I plan to go to the beach.I will go there with my parents and cousins.We'll stay there for three days at the local hotel.The trip will be the most wonderful one that I have ever had.Because we will do a lot of things there,such as playing volleyball ,windsurfing ,having barbecue at night.I'm really looking foward to it.

       ②With Time past, our summer holiday is nearly over. But I don't regret, because I did a lot of significative things during the holiday.

       First, I did all of the homework quickly.Then the rest of days, I went back to my hometown to visit my relatives. We had a good time there. When I came back to my home, I did some sports every day to make my body healthy, such as football, basketball, swimming, badminton and so on. And I also went to happy valley. I really enjoyed my summer holiday!

       Though I miss my summer holiday, I am a student. I can't forget to study. I will work harder in the new term and have a higher grade.I believe I can do that.

       ③I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

       ④I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning, breathing the fresh air,listening to the birds singing, and enjoying the green trees, red flowers and the river. I like fishing with my friends. When night comes, I sit under the tree with my grandma, listening to her telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. When I have to go back,I am always reluctant to go. I really feel happy living in the country.

       ⑤I like the summer holiday every year. Last summer I went to Beijing for my holiday, Beijing is our capital city. I went to the Summer Palace, climbed the Great Wall and went to many places of interest. I had a very good time. During this summer holiday, I went to Putuo and Xiangshan. I saw the beautiful sea. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the moonlight. It's really "cool".

        When I at home, I do my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I practise playing the piano. But in the evening I can watch TV after a long walk with my parents.

       ⑥The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

       ⑦Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time.
